PRICES

In the event of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible and explain what we can do in the situation, such as issuing a refund or helping you find a similar product elsewhere.

PAYMENT

NordicPlayCo accepts payment via VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged when the item is shipped. All prices are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. We do not charge card fees.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300 DKK or more. When choosing Anyday, the first payment is charged when your order is shipped. Subsequent payments are made monthly on the last business day of each month. The number of installments starts from four months and may vary depending on your selected payment plan. The size of each installment depends on your order total, chosen plan, and payment structure. If all payments are made on time, no interest or fees apply. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be canceled. Further details can be found here:

RESERVATION OF FUNDS

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We charge the amount when the item is shipped, or

2) The funds are released according to your card issuer’s agreement

DELIVERY

NordicPlayCo aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase. We ship throughout Denmark with GLS. Delivery to parcel shops is free. Home delivery costs 49 DKK.

If there is no space at the selected pickup point, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest location and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service.

Orders are delivered on weekdays. Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days after ordering. Longer delivery times may occur during busy periods.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT (WARRANTY)

As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use of the product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Complaints made within two months are always considered timely.

If your complaint is justified, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs. The item must be returned in proper packaging. Please keep your shipping receipt so we can reimburse costs.

Before returning an item, please contact us to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

Please do not send packages to this address without prior notice. Contact our support team first. Include a detailed description of the issue when returning the item.

REFUNDS

If a refund is required, please contact us so we can arrange the transfer of the agreed amount.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION)

As a consumer, you have a 60-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 60 days after receiving your item.

You must notify us within 60 days if you wish to cancel your purchase. You may use our cancellation form or the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms.

You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing delivery without notifying us.

If your order included a free gift, the entire order must be returned to receive a refund.

RETURNS

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and for any damage during transport. You bear the risk from the time of delivery until we receive the returned item.

You are responsible for proper packaging. Including a copy of your order confirmation will help speed up processing.

If you wish, we can provide a return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

You cannot cancel by refusing delivery without clearly notifying us.

We only accept packages sent directly to this address.

CONDITION OF GOODS UPON RETURN

You are only liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

In other words, you may test the product, but if it shows signs of excessive use or damage beyond this, it will be considered used. In such cases, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item’s resale value.

In some cases, this may mean you only receive a refund for shipping costs.

REIMBURSEMENT

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. Any reduction in value will be deducted.

All payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for premium delivery options), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or documentation proving it has been returned.

To file a complaint, the product or service must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. A fee is required.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect the following information when you shop with us: name, address, phone number, and email address.

We process and share only the personal data necessary to deliver your order.

Your data is stored for five years and then deleted.

We work with third-party service providers who process data on our behalf. These providers may not use your data for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors within the EU or in countries that provide adequate data protection.

NordicPlayCo is the data controller.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you. If your data is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your data upon request, for example if it is no longer necessary.
